1. Service Bookings (Online and In-Clinic)

  • Cancellations: Service appointments booked online or via Shanab Bot can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Refunds for Services: If a prepaid booking is canceled within the allowed window, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • No refund is provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

2. Product Sales (Non-Returnable)

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products (e.g., automotive accessories, consumables), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the purchase is completed.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • In such cases, we may offer:
    • A replacement item (if available), or
    • A partial or full refund, at our discretion.

3. No Return Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing products from our website or in-clinic, you acknowledge and accept that returns and exchanges are not permitted, except where required by Omani consumer law.
